Library
The WorkSafe Library has an extensive collection of publications which covers a range of subjects such as occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, workers compensation and law. The library holds in the form of:
- 10,000 books and reports
- 140 current periodical titles
- Over 800 video titles
- Australian standards
- All Victorian Acts and Regulations
- Reference publications
WorkCover's video library currently has over 800 videos covering all topics of relevance to occupational health and safety. New videos are being purchased all the time and added to the collection.
The library is available to businesses, unions, employer organisations, colleges and universities.
Enquiries
Currently, members of the public are welcome to browse the collection, but must first make an appointment by telephone. Library staff will show patrons visiting the library how to use the resources.

Borrowing Books
Members of the public or organisation who would like to borrow from the collection must do so by inter-library loans.
Video/DVD Registration Fee
An annual registration fee of $88 (inc GST) is payable on 1 January. This fee entitles users to borrow up to three videos per week and includes an annual catalogue of titles held in the library.
Photocopying
Limited photocopying facilities are available at both libraries and are free of charge. Patrons are reminded however, that they must comply with copyright laws.
