WISE OR Provider Placement Fees
WISE Services Fees
An OR provider may seek a WISE OR provider placement fee where the worker secures a RTW placement with WISE after a JSA service period and the RTW is durable for 13 weeks.
An agent makes the WISE OR provider placement payments on receiving the relevant Provider Placement Payment Request forms and verifying the worker commenced work and is continuing to work with the WISE employer for at least 12 weeks and an Action Plan for post 12 weeks has been submitted.
An OR provider is expected to maintain ongoing contact with the worker and WISE employer up to week 12. The cost of this monitoring activity is included as part of the OR provider placement fees.
The Workcover Incentive Scheme for Workers (WISE) is a program to assist injured workers to return to work with a new employer. Please note that all fees are indexed annually, effective from the 1st July
