Occupational Rehabilitation (OR) providers are required to complete a number of reports as part of the job seeking assistance service for Return To Work (RTW) with a new employer.
When seeking payment for some Job Seeking Assistance (JSA) services, an OR provider must submit both the JSA report and their invoice together.
